CBD promoted World Vasectomy Day in a series of cartoons with slogans like “Wildlife give thanks, cause I’m shooting blanks.” “Advocates say it’s time for men to play a role, and vasectomies – where the vas deferens is shut to block the movement of sperm are seen as the most effective strategy. “We want to bring men in, having them bear some of the responsibility as well,” said a CBD worker.
CBD advocates for these human population controls in the name of “conservation,” and besides promoting male vasectomies they also distribute “endangered species condoms.”
CBD says they have handed out 1 million condoms, colorfully packaged with slogans such as “for the sake of the horned lizard, slow down, love wizard.”
