CBD says they are focused on protecting animals and wildlife, but in 2024 alone, they’ve endorsed 9 different pro-choice ballot initiatives. This isn’t anything new for CBD. In fact it’s part of a pattern of questionable behavior: Take donor money under the guise of saving owls, funnel it out to pay top executives, or send it to their slush fund to use for their own personal political agendas.
The Center for Biological Diversity has strayed way beyond their stated mission. In 1989, CBD stated their goal was to protect wildlife. But today, they have an offshoot that donates to political candidates and causes.
In fact, in 2024, CBD’s offshoot has donated to and endorsed 9 different pro-choice ballot initiatives in 2024 alone. And that’s not all: the Center for Biological Diversity has even endorsed a candidate for running Congress this year who was arrested for drunk driving – DURING his campaign!
This follows a long pattern from CBD. They are a front-group that is making their founders rich and using money intended to protect the environment as a slush fund for their personal political agendas.
